Shipping Policy

At Bad Dog Co., every order is printed and shipped fresh once you place it — we don't hold stock, so please allow a little time for your gear to be made properly rather than rushed off a shelf.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of purchase. During busier periods (launches, sales, holidays), this may extend slightly — we'll always aim to keep you posted if there's a delay.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping isn't available yet, but watch this space.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it the whole way.

Delays and issues

Occasionally things go wrong that are outside our control — courier delays, extreme weather, or similar. If your order is significantly delayed or you haven't received tracking updates, contact us at sales@baddogco.co.uk and we'll chase it up for you.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, get in touch within 14 days of the expected delivery date at sales@baddogco.co.uk with your order number, and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we're not able to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched, and re-shipping to a corrected address may incur an additional cost.
